From side-of-the-truck quotes to a real company
Founders Mike Anholt and Dev Sharma met on a job site in 2009 and started Cornerstone & Crane two years later, tired of watching good trades work get sold on price and delivered late. The fix wasn't complicated: write everything down, staff jobs properly, and treat the schedule as a promise.
Today we run a licensed crew of fourteen, plus a bench of trusted electricians, plumbers, and finishers we've worked with for years — not subcontractors we found that week.
